Doser Maxi Head not turning

Hello!

I am the proud owner of ghl doser 2.1 s.a and a maxi slave.
After setting up my maxi, I have been experiencing problems with pump number 1 on the Maxi. Namely, it appears to be 'sticking'. Its making a buzzing noise and will periodically turn, but then catches and wont rotate. It has plenty of lubrication, but I added a touch of vaseline as stated in the manual. It did not help the situation.

With the head taken off, the motor works fine, but with the head attached it does not reliably turn. In addition, if the heads are switched it continues to experience the same problems with pump 1. Pump Number 2 works fine, most of the time but seems to stick from time to time.

My firmware for the Maxi Slave is 1.28,
The firmware for the Doser 2.1 s.a. is 1.28

GCC software was updated last week.

I have attempted changing speeds on the pump and that does not work as well. I am thinking possibly a torque issue with the motor. Any ideas appreciated.
