    Ausrufezeichen Wi-Fi Issue - Need Your Help, Please.

    Hello,

    What do we do when Mitras LX7 Wi-Fi stop responding, please?

    I have it connected to the Wi-Fi, but after I've connected it to Wi-Fi I can't see the Wi-Fi spot anymore and after a few days, it lost connection with my router Wi-Fi as well.
    Now I can't access it on both ways Wi-Fi Network or Wi-Fi Hotspot, even after restarting the fixtures.

    Hello,

    we are aware of this and currently preparing a WiFi-Firmware, which will fix this problem and release it as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Sorry, I've just noticed that there is no support over PM.

    I'll post it here then. I've updated the Wi-Fi by using the Wi-Fi Update Tool, but it didn't fix the issue.
    I can see now the Wi-Fi Spot on the fixture but my devices are not connecting to it and it's not asking a password like before.

    The WPS connection is showing as INACTIVE in my router settings.

    So at this moment I can access the fixture settings only when I have a PC and a USB cable.

    P.S: Before posting this message I've passed three hours checking, rebooting, reinstalling, etc. I can't find a solution how to fix it or where is the issue.

    I've updated it and set all the Wi-Fi options all over again and it's working now. Thank you for the quick support guys. Cheers.
