    Default Power Bar electrical monitoring

    Hi all
Very new to this hobby and I'm wanting to purchase a controller to help me have a successful aquarium. I'm looking at the Profilux 4 Ultimate set and wanted to find out if the system monitors power i.e. Current (Amps) or Power (Watts) and if it would send me notifications if either of these could be sent via an email etc? I'm looking to set it up to give me redundancy with regards to pumps and heaters and other equipment connected to the powerbar.

    Many thanks
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

The Powerbar 5.1 will provide you with amp readings for each outlet.

Many thanks for that, can you set actions if the current reading is less than what it should be?

    Thanks
    Andrew

+1 for power monitoring and alarms that can use it.

I am also looking forward to have alarms based on unusual/no power consumption
