Mitras Lightbar 2 with P4 not dimming
Hello,
Today I got my new Mitras Lightbar 2 Ocean blue together with an Splitter and a RJ45 cable to connect it to my P4.
But the lightbar does not respond to anything i configure in GCC. It keeps burning at 100%.
Ive connected the lightbar to the splitter and plugged the RJ45 on the "black port" in the back of the P4.
Ive tried firmware version 7.13 with GCC v1.1.1.4 and now am on V7.14 with GCC 1.1.1.6. both does not change anything.
Im feeling that im doing something wrong.
Ive configured illumination channels 1 to 8 (except 4).
When im using light composer and choose "output directly on lamps"i get communications error, error code 62." and GCC closes everything.
Hope someone can help me!
Thanks
Tom

Hi Tom
the black port next to the red port? This one would be right
Did you select in GCC under System at COM1 instead of Standard--> Mitras Lightbar'?
Did you check the box under Illumination _Mitras Lightbar
Do not forget to transfer changes

Hi Pit,
Thanks for awnsering!
To your questions,
Yes, connected to the black port next to the red one.
Yes, took me a while to figure out that standard must be changed to mitras lightbar .
I did check de box Mitras lightbar present.
I don't know what you mean by transfer changes, if you mean save changes then yes, if you mean transmit illumination run to illuminantion channels also yes.
Ive taken the power off to see if that changes anything but sadly it does not.
cheers,
Tom

Remove all settings under Illumination x
Check all connections again
Restart the Profilux
Check the settings (System. Mitras Lightbar) again
Check the Lightbars in LightComposer
in other
Post a picture of "Mitras Lightbar" settings

Ive done everything you said. I also resetted the P4 to factory default. tried via usb and wifi. tried to reboot after every change... nothing works

Do you have an expansion box 2? If so, is the firmware there up-to-date? You can disconnect the EXBox from Profilux and then test the lightbars.
Otherwise you should contact the support directly under reference to this article. (Website/Contact)
