    Default KHD Troublshooting

In an accidental blackout, KHD is testing. When power is restored. The KHD test result becomes the result of the scaled value shown in FIG. I repeated every maintenance operation as shown in Figure 3. I even replaced a ph probe, which cannot solve the problem! Can anyone give me a suggestion? Thank you!

And I calibrated Dose pumps 1/2/3, the trouble is still here!

Empty the cell and perform a new test. Current KH value should then change.

According to your comment, I did it for N times, but the trouble is still here.

When you say you replaced the probe, you replaced with a new KHD probe and NOT a regular pH probe, correct?

A new KHD probe. When I bought KHD, I also buy a backup probe.

    OK.

Please unassign the KHD from your list of connected PAB devices, then reassign.

You can do this by connecting to your primary device via GCC and going to the SYSTEM settings page. Click ASSIGN DEVICES, then uncheck the box for the KHD and click OK, then re-assign.

Done it, but no change, and do it for the dose pump.

By the way, the whole test process is the same as the previous testing process at good, in which it seem there is not any hardware fault.

After reset P3, KHD value became into 0, then do testing to get 6.4dKH. Thanks Vinny!
