    Default Bubble issue solved, Reagent fluid and new reagent tube as set

    It took a while, but we wanted to be sure.

    Some customers have reported small bubbles in the reagent tube, which occasionally affected measurement accuracy.
    This problem has now been solved, and there is now a reagent fluid set at a special price.

    New tube, improved reagent fluid

    The KH Director is able to measure and control the KH value in the aquarium fully automatically and very precisely. Sporadically appearing air bubbles could however affect the accuracy.
    In recent weeks, GHL has examined in detail the problem reported by some customers and has taken the following measures:
    • The reagent liquid is additionally warmed slightly at the time of filling and stirred slowly to reduce the dissolved gases present in the liquid as much as possible. All reagents delivered since March have already been treated this way.
    • Another tube material is used for the transport of the reagent, instead of the silicone tube now Flex-PVC tube. All KH Director will be delivered with this tube from now on.

    • 3 x 1l reagent fluid
    • 70 cm Flex PVC tube

    Replacing the tube with the new PVC one was really effective; bubbles gone and the results now are very precise. Thank you!
