Default How is your KH Director setup and calibration?

I have been experimenting a bit on trying to make the KH Director spot on. I would prefer to hear the success people have, not a thread to discuss issues or anything like that. What I would love to know is how did you setup your KH director to be as accurate as possible.

Test water: 38ml/m (measured to 38ml/m)
    Reagent: 4.5ml/m (mesured 3.5ml/m) @ approx 70cm hard tube)
    Wate water: 38ml/m
    Adjusted display: 0%

Test water line 90,5cm @ 12ml tube volume.

The one thing im testing is to default the reagent speed 1ml/m over the measured value. @ 3.5ml/m I get a KH around 6.5, but when raised its spot on an average referance KH @ 8.3 (reference 8-9).

So what do you guys run, what what is the results your experience.

I felt it worked better on the GHL Doser 2.1 Revision B - Revision A did pump water slower, so not sure if the revision A is fully compatible with KH Director?

I use KHD about a month

    Assembly: stacked
    Water sample: 35.0 ml/m
    Reagent: 4.8 ml/m
    Waste water: 34.0 ml/m
Test water line: 73cm (sample tube between the KH Director + the dosing pump)
    Sample tube volume: 9
    Adjusted display: 0%

To calibrate the pH sensor I used Hanna pH 4.01 Calibration Solution and Hanna pH 7.01 Calibration Solution.

    Result of KHD: 8.4dKH
    Hanna Checker: 8.3dKH
    Salifert Alkalinity: 8.6dKH

Dumb question on calibrating the waste water pump: what is the input? the vent tube? or some other input.
