Default Humidity and temperature control of external wall fan from one Socket

I have a dedicated tank room with (an external) wall fan, which I’m trying to stop getting too hot and/or too humid. I have air temperature and humidity sensor. Can I control this fan to come on when the room humidity exceeds say 55% and or temperature of room exceeds 23 degrees C? If so what are the settings? I'm not good or confident with programming!

You can do this with the programmable logic with OR function.
Input 1 Air humidity (regulate downwards or upwards??) you have to check
    OR
Input 2 Temperature (adjust downwards or upwards??) you have to check

Then refer the switch socket to the logic
