MY GHL Issues and Flashin MY GHL indicator on P3

Hi All,

I seem to have an issue where i can no longer access my P3 through My GHL. is it down for anyone else at the moment? also, my P£ has a flashing My GHL indicator on the front display and i have been looking over the manuals and i cant see what that means. I can access the P£ via the App and web by going directly to it IP address so i know its connected. in addition it is also sending me my emails of alarms etc.

Any idea what may be the issue. Iv i log into my GHL I can see the device listed but cant click into it and the online check box isnt checked.

really not sure whats gone wrong.

forgot to add, i do have the MyGHL active clicked in GHLCC.

Do you have the latest Profilux firmware installed?

I'm on version 6.22. I haven't changed it since it worked last
