Default Unable to update firmware Doser 2. USBVCOM !

I follow the steps to update firmware on my doser 2 and in the device manager I see the follwoing:

    CropperCapture[2].jpg

I try to update the driver but that does not work. I uninstalled completely and reinstalled GCC. I still see the same in device manager. What should I try to update?

What version of Windows are you on?
-> Did you reload the driver, or restore last good known?

I updated my Doser 2 firmware successfully last night. Is there a separate update for the wifi module of the Doser as well?
