Default Why does the feed Waste water now keep blowing off the pump?

I'm really getting a bit fed up now.
I've used about 200ml of reagent now and still cant get two similar results.
And now, the tube at the waste water pump from the KHD now keeps blowing off and spraying water every where?
Any ideas before i give up and sell it?

Well, it is sorted now. It seems somehow it missed a flushing cycle I'd imagine and over pressurised the test cell.
I emptied it out, flushed it a couple of times and its ok now. Just need to get a few similar results now!

    Hi there,

Glad you sorted it out! It did sound like a pressure-related issue.

As long as all pumps and probe are properly calibrated, the KHD will provide consistent readings. The first few tests may show some deviations until all air is removed from the lines, call it a break-in period.

It done it again yesterday. Would having the vent tube submerged in the waste container make this happen? Somebody pointed it out to me and I think he is right.

Excellent. I don't think it's mentioned in the set up instructions. May be worthwhile adding
