Default Cannot connect 2nd PH probe

I connected the probe to the Profilux. Unplugged the plugged the Profilux back in but I do not see it reading the second probe. Thank you in advance, Neil

Do you have the firmware 4.04 or higher?
Which ProfiLux type do you have?
Have you made the corresponding settings after having installed the extension card?

Don`t forget to enable the second pH-probe under the "extras->display" settings.

Matthias, I tried that and there was no setting for PH probe 2. Also checked under "system", in the software controller, and it only shows sensors 1-4:
    PH-sensor 1
    Temp-sensor 2
    Conductivity- sensor 3
    Redox-sensor 4

Could it be that the Profilux is not reading the Ph card?

are we talking about a ProfiLux Plus II eX?
If yes - you can`t use slot 0 for measurement cards - this is mentioned in the manual.
    Please use another slot.

Matthias, as usual you were correct. Moved card to a different slot and it works great. Thanks again, neil
