    Default Conductance probe

My conductance probe was reading 46 so I calibrated it today, I left it out to totally dry then started the calibration proces, after I put it in the 50ms solution, wait for the beep then save, it goes straight to 100.00 and dosent move, any ideas guys please.

There was no need for it to dry completely.

When you do calibration and are prompted to remove the probe and let it sit in air, all you need to do it remove the probe from the water, wipe the sides and just let it sit out of water until you hear the 3 beeps.

Do you get any reaction from the probe if you dip it in the 50mS calibration fluid? How about when you pull it out and let it sit in the air for a few seconds?

I met the same problem. you can try to do this: change the probe from sea water to fresh water at GCC Conductance probe settings, the GCC wil restart selfly, then, change the probe from fresh water to sea water.
