Default need help with ATO optic sensor

ATO stopped working. Diagnostic code is 12. I replaced the optical sensor, but the same diagnostic code is displayed. What is the meaning of the diagnostic code? How do I reset it or fix it? The following is the information for my Profilux unit and software:

    - Profilux 3.1N
    - Profilux firmware 6.28
    - GHL Control Center, Version 1.0.9.6

What code are you referring to? Can you post a screenshot?

From the Profilux unit select Level ---> Diagnostic

The information displayed there shows what sensor is currently assigned but not triggered yet or on stand-by.

In your case, you have sensor 1 and 2 assigned. That is why you see 12. If you toggle each sensor, you will see the corresponding sensor number disappear after a couple seconds. This indicates that the sensor has been triggered.

Have you toggled the sensor(s) to see if they respond in GCC ?
Can you post a screenshot of your ATO configuration showing the sensors?

Also make sure that your cables are connected snug, if you're using a splitter make sure both sensors are snug in the splitter cable, and splitter cable is in the correct port on the PL3.1

Have you cleaned it, then reset and moved up/down, above and below water to see if it shows reaction in GCC under "SETTING AND STATES LEVEL-SENSOR INPUTS"
I'm just going to throw this out there, because it's happened, but please re-verify that the level sensors/pl-ly is plugged into the correct port.
