Default HOW to control 1 Tunze stream 3 (6150) and two 6105 ?

    Hi,
i'm coming to you to get answer and know the best way to connect the new stream 3 (6150) with two 6105.
Actually i run with 4 x 6105 but as i get the 6150, i'd like to run now (before buying another one :-) ) with two of my 6105.

Q1: can i put the two stream 1 & 2 with the Y splitter on the L1L2 and the stream 3 directly on the L3L4?
Q2: do i had to change the voltage? what is it by the way? for the 6105 it was (3 to 8 v) not 0-10V
Q3: what's gonna be the best programs for all? I'd like the 6150 work alone for 6 hours and then the 6105 for 6 hours and so on

    thx by advance

    Hi there,

    1. Yes, of course. The splitter cable you would need to do this is the YL2-cable. The Stream 3 pump can be connected directly to the L3/L4 port without a problem. In this scenario, the L-channel that would be assigned to the Stream 3 pump would depend on the Tunze cable you are using. If you will be connecting the pump with a Tunze 1 cable, it would be assigned to L3. If it is connected with a Tunze 2 cable, it would be assigned to L4.

    2. Same voltages apply for the Stream 3 pumps, 3-8v.

    3. This cannot be answered easily as there are too many variables to consider; rockscape layout, tank length, pump min/max speed, etc. In order to turn one pump on for 6 hours, then another for 6 hours, use one of the SEQUENCE mode options. You can find more information on this mode in our P4 Programming Guide, page 36.

If there are no labels on your cables, you will need to pick one cable and try it on an odd numbered L-channel. If it successfully controls the Tunze pump, the cable is a Tunze 1. If it reacts to an even-numbered L-channel, it is a Tunze 2.

    Now i have two 6150
I put two hours each pump in sequence 1 with wave 10/60s
The 1-10v interface stay at 3-8v BUT:
my pump only goes at 80-81% when there are at maximum SO
Should i put it at 1-10v instead?
    thx

Make sure the dial on the Tunze controller is also set to full power.

Is it a reason why the Stream 3 should be 3-8v, not 0-10v? I cant find any reference to 3-8 from tunze?
