    Default User Defined Pump Switching

Hi all, for the guys who run more than one return pumps or have a second already installed as a back up , it would be nice to be able to have the duty and stand by pumps switch automatically at user defined intervals (times / days etc.) in order to achieve equal service run times on both units.

Why not just put a timer on the outlet of each pump. You can have the timer come on at any time. I use a timer to run my stenner auto water change dual head pump. You can use an invert function and this will turn off one pump while the other one is running.

My pumps are RD3s , they are not switched on and off but are ramped up or down via the controller, constant switching of the controllers' power supply can actually result in damage to it.
