Not holding prime
I have just set up a GHL Doser 2 and have programmed it to dose 1.4 ml each from 3 containers at half hourly intervals (1.5 hour interval for each container) over 12 hours (8 doses for each container). The doser works fine but the pump heads do not hold the solution due to the heads not pinching the tubes tightly and maintaining a seal. As a result the solution falls back into the container. Given the small volume of dosing then the solution fails to reach the pump head at all and barely able to reach the top of the container before the pump stops. So in effect no solution reaches the tank. Anyone have an answer for this please?
