    Default Error 524

    Anyone any idea why I always get this error from My GHL? I seem to only manage one connection attempt in 10.

    Is it a problem with the GHL server farm or is it a problem with connectivity between My GHL and my Profilux? If the latter I can do some investigation. If the former then it is a free service after all!!

    Hello Thorne,

    Do page requests work slowly or do they fail completely and you have to "Reconnect device"?

    It could be an unstable wifi connection, where the ProfiLux loses network connection and
    reconnects to the myGHL-server with a new socket and you have to load again.

    Send us the myGHL-ID and serialnumber to support@ghl-kl.de,
    so we can have a more detailled view on it.
