    I have already had it set as 192.168.1.254 as per Vinny feedback that doesnt work. I have also tried my DNS server as you have put above, but do I leave the gateway as 192.168.1.254?

    This is absolutly redicluas, why do your products not just work I cant believe its this frustrating and complicated to simply get the profillux to acesss your online Appliction.

    This is not an issue with the ProfiLux itself, it is a misconfigured network settings problem.

    Vince fixed the issue for my was the dns as I needed to leave the gateway to same iP
