Doser 1 calibration

Having problems working out how to calibrate my second hand doser 1. I'm connected via wifi to Profilux 3.1. Flowrate says 50 ml/ minute but if I press calibrate the pump now it only runs for a few seconds. I have tried to run it manually for 30 secs and I get the equivalent of only 40 ml/ minute. I have then changed the number in the flowrate box to 40. Is this correct please?
