Can't up grade mitras firmware

I am trying to update my mitras to the latest firmware but I can't find USBvcom I have no ports section in device manager only a unknown device

I have gone into Fuji USB direct but there is nothing there for windows 8

Any one got any ideas

You will have to manually download the USBVCOM driver.

1. When you see the unknown device option, right-click on it and select "Update driver software".
2. Select the option, "Browse my computer for driver software"
3. Click on the “Browse” button and navigate to the driver by following these steps:
a. Click on “(C: )”
b. Then “Program Files(x86)”
c. “GHLControlCenter_Vxxxx” (Your current version of GCC)
d. “Tools”
e. “FUJITSU USB DIRECT Programmer”
f. “driver”
4. Select the "driver" folder and click "Next"
5. The driver will now install.

Once that is completed, you should be the "USBVCOM" listed in your Device Manager screen with a COM number beside it. Make sure you select the correct COM number where the USBVCOM driver is located.
