Default control my streams Tunze 6105 with profilux & clicking question

    Hi
i ask your help to install my Tunze pump
for the presentation i've install four streams pump 6105 (old model) in my 150x80x65 setup with the front and left side visible.
    So for the pump*:
Pump1*: bottom right side, facing towards the front window and a little upwards; I'd like it works with the Pump 2: located at the top, bottom left, and directed towards the rear and slightly lower
i'd like this to works and change every 3 hours with
the pump 3: above the pump 1 but directed upwards and the rear and runs with the pump 4
Pump 4: back, bottom left: and pointing up and front

1 – First question on the wiring. I got pump 1 & 2 with the Y splitter on the L1L2 and other Y splitter with the pump 3&4 on the L3L4 port.
    i assume it's ok?

2- question on the tunze cable 1&2: do i need to put tunze 1&2 cable on one Y splitter
    OR 2 x tunze 1 cable
OR 2 tunze 2 cable on the Y splitter ?
    to be sure?

3- I've now put the 4 pumps in the same group but now only pump 1&3 are working and never change for the two others. How can you change the timer of permanent opposite program?

4- i've got a clic on my tunze when the begin to run. I've read a lot on the forum with the same problem. I've put the right 1-10v voltage at 3 to 8v, nothing change. The problem come from the pump. As i saw on the reefcentral forum , the tunze usa guy tell that we need to change some staff

did someone already try to change this? Did it correct the clic? Can you stop conpletely the pump when it running the minimu (0% instead of 1%)

    THX all

    1. Yes that is correct.

    2. On each Y-splitter, you should have a Tunze 1 and 2 cable. The Tunze 1 cable should be assigned to the L1 channel and Tunze 2 to the L2 channel. Tunze 1 cable is used for odd numbered L-channels and Tunze 2 for evenly numbered L-channels. As such, your 3rd pump should he assigned to the L3 channel using the Tunze 1 cable. The 4th pump, L4 channel, Tunze 2 cable.

    3. I suggest you use two pump groups and assign the pumps which will work in sequence in 1 group and the remaining pumps in another group.

    4. Please post a screenshot of your pump settings. If the pump is set to turn on/off in short intervals that can cause the clicking sound. In that case, it would be something to contact Tunze for.

One way to test is to assign the respective L-channels to Stream pump, add it to a group and set a 0% feed pause for only one of them. Run the feed pause. If one pump turns off, you have it correctly connected. If not, switch the cables, and initiate feed pause again.

here is my first YL splitter . You can see in the bottom, where i consider it's the L1 channel that i put the tunze1 cable
On the top , where i consider it's the L2 channel, the Tunze 2 cable
but is it ok? or do i made mistake thinking L1 is the L2 port?

    That looks ok to me.

Just make sure they are correctly assigned in the 1-10v interface page.

    FONCTIONNEMENTGP.jpg

Just a question for the group
    I want pump 1 & 2 together (and 3&4)
So when i put the pump 1&2 in the same group in sequence 1 this is not workin cause i've got one at 100% while the other is at 0%
The solution is to put the pumps in different groups? What is the logic?
    For me a groupworks together???
    thx

You may want to select between different Operation Modes; Sequence 1, Sequence 2, etc. We have a detailed description of these modes in the P3.1 Programming Guide.
