Advice on Light Pattern
Hello,
I have a LED bar and a controller from Dennerle. It has 2 Channels: 1 Warm White, 1 Neutral White
So, I can program each one separate from the other and I want to simulate a regular day(sunrise, sunset). I have a heavily planted aquarium. Any suggestions?
I am pretty new to this and I don't want to risk too much light and I don't have any experience with how warm light/cold light should work with eachother for a natural feeling.
Thank you,

You can begin by having the warm white channel turning on first, followed by the neutral white channel.
In order to avoid light shock to your plants, run each channel at about 40 percent max for 6-8 hours. After a week, you can begin increasing the light output until you have reached the desired intensity and spectrum.

I had LED lights before this, so I don't think there is going to be a shock. It's just that these are programmable and I want to get a nice program.
So, here's what I have right now:
Warm
11:00 - 0%
11:30 - 100%
16:00 - 0%
19:00 - 0%
22:00 - 100%
23:00 - 0%
Neutral
11:30 - 0%
12:00 - 70%
16:00 - 100%
16:30 - 20%
18:30 - 20%
19:00 - 100%
21:30 - 70%
22:00 - 0%
Is this ok? I mean in terms of light time and if it's an ok simulation of sunset/sunrise. I just tried to fiddle with the numbers.
Thanks!

Those numbers look good to me.
Just make sure you give your plants enough time to adjust to the spectrum before making additional changes to the program.
