Connection to P4

What sort of kit is required to program and configure the P4. Does it have to be a laptop/PC or can any tablet do fine - Windows or is Android also suitable. I presume connection wise, both WiFi and USB.

You can use for the configuration: Any Windows PC or Notebook, IOS with Wine or any Webbrowser with MyGHL. You can connect with USB/WLAN or around the World with MyGHL. Android and Iphone Apps are also available
