Connection problems

Hi,

I have just had to start using a new laptop as my old one died.

Previously I had my profilus plus II controller connected to my old Windows Vista laptop without problems.

I have installed the PC software onto my new Windows 10 laptop but I am unable to get a connection with any of the USB ports. When I connect the laptop with the USB serial cable that worked before it is not connecting. I have scanned the ports and it is not finding anything but on the device manager it is saying that it is on com 4 but cannot connect.

Please can someone explain step by step how to fix the problem?

Hello,

Unfortunately this is not an issue relating to GHL, it is a driver related issue with Windows 10. Please check the manufacturer's website for an updated USB to Serial adapter driver.

Which USB to Serial adapter are you using?
