Setting up email alerts through Profilux using Sky Hub

Hello hoping someone can help me please.

I am trying to setup email notification through the Profilux using my Sky email address

I using the following details:

domain mail server: smtp.tools.sky.com and Port number: 465
My name: Profilux
adding my email address: ******.******@sky.com
Ticking the box Mailserver requires authentification
adding Username
adding password
Ticking the encrypted Via Ghl server

Nothing is coming through.

Has anyone had success with setting up with Sky email?

I have also tried Gmail but that doesnt work. Can someone PLEASE shed some light on what email accounts work with sending emails through the Profilux please?

Gmail can give issues with security and such.

We have users using email accounts such as Yahoo and live
