Can I connect my tunze 6035 to L5L6 instead of L3L4

Can I connect my tunze 2 x 6035 ( via YL2 splitter) to L5L6 instead of L3L4 ?. Because my L3L4 are used for the light.

PS: Profilux Plus ll
