Lighting for 180L freshwater planted aquarium

Hi,

I'm planning to create planted freshwater 180 liters aquarium: 100x40x45 (Lxlxh)
a) Mitras lightbars
- how many would I need: I was thinking of 2 x 90cm

b) Mitras LX-6000
- would one suffice ? Or do I need two; in the specs it covers only 75x50 cm of bottom in High Efficiency mode
and 80x53 in High Output mode

c) Moonlight
- can this be achieved with either of the two ? Or do I need separate stuff ?
