Problems with Level 3&4 port is not detecting the leakage sensor..!?

Can anyone help me..?

I have a ProfiLux 3.1T eX Mega-Set PB5.1 . (I bought it in July 2015) And I have connected the leakage sensor on the level 3&4 port, because I have a flow sensor on the level 1&2 port. The leakage sensor works on the Level 1&2 port but not on the level 3&4 port, it will give constantly an alarm. It looks like that the level 3&4 is not working correctly or is broken. I tried everything.

How about posting a screenshot of your settings? Sometimes it´s only a small thing to change
