Firmware update - critical issue

Hi,

This is an emergency call for help.

I tried to update my firmware with the GHL Controller PC software.

The version of the new firmware is 6.23, for profilux 3.1T

During the writting of the new component from my computer to the controller, it freezed and then came a warning message saying there ware a problem with the update.

The controller was saying "telechargement" - means "downloading" in french. After 15min, seeing nothing was changing, I disconnected the controller from my PC. Now, nothing is happening, the controler does not seam to initialize.

What can I do to fix this issue ?

Do an emergency flash update. That will take care of it. You can find the flasher in the download section
