powerbar 5.1 does not work , dimm socket

have just bought one more powerbar 5.1 through the danish dealer deepocean , 14 days ago .
i have just now have time to connect to my system

but i have this problem with the new powerbar :
the dimmable socket is always on , even when set to switchable
i have assigned and configured the new powerbar ,,, have also tried just to have this powerbar only connected and its. the same .
the socket 1-4 works ok ( on/off ) , but as i say , the dimmable socket is defekt

i have also tried a profilux PAB reset , still the same .

is there more to try ??? , or do i need to return it to the danish dealer , to get a new Powerbar ?

just wanted to write ,,, that i have also tried with a powerbar 5.1 i bought last summer for another aquarium , and it works ok , so i assume the new is defekt

Hi,

Please try to reload the PB5.1 firmware by performing a normal PAB FW update. If that still does not work, then please contact your dealer.

If you do not have the PB5.1 firmware, please send me a PM with your email address.

I doubt that this has to do with the firmware

you write "the socket 1-4 works ok ( on/off )", so this shows the powerbar reacts and is active

the dimmable socket is "always on"

does this mean the socket has power even when the relating LED 5 is off?

if so then the driver of socket 5 is broken, maybe due to an overload

i have today tried to upgrade firmware ,,,, still the same
yes the dimmable socket i always on , even when the led is off .
the powerbar dimmable socket have never worked , i have configured it and no more .
i return the powerbar to dealer today .
