how to work Profilux Vortech Controller?

i understand the controller wirelessly tells the pumps what to do just wasn't sure what was the point in the profilux vortech's controller's second pab port. why would someone want to hook the second port into another profilux controller?

I use the second port for my touch display screen. Every pab device has two ports so that you can keep adding devises such as another pab power bar as these are daisy chained but can never be connected so that they loop. They have to be left open ended.
