Can't run a GHL ControlCenter

Hello everybody!

I've just bought a GHL Mitras LX 6100HV and I'm trying to connect it to my laptop. I've installed a GHL ControlCenter V1077. When I start the program it can't connect to the lamp. The program simple stops responding (after I choose in settings "connect after start"). I've already reinstalled this program but the result remains the same.

The Device manager shows that COM-port is assigned and I'm choosing its number in settings. I'm running Win 7.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

The solution have finaly been found. I've cleaned my laptop of all unused and parasite programs, updated Windows, uninstalled the GHL ControlCentre from Program Manager and also cleaned registry. After all these actions I've installed GHL CC again and it does work!
