The type of switch shouldn't matter, I use a pressure switch for ATO/ AWC and an Optical for lower level of AWC. Might have to invert the lower level.
Socket "x" = Fill water ATO only (top off water)
Socket "y" = Fill water AWC only (new salt water)
Socket "z" = Drain water (old salt water)
    HTH.

Once you've connected the pumps to the correct sockets on the Powerbar, do this:

    1. Go to the "Level" settings page and click on a "Control Circuit".
    2. Set "Operation Mode" to "ATO & Water Change" and desired "Max On-time"
    3. Set the Timer you want to use for the AWC function.
    4. In the same screen, set the sensors that will be used for this function.
    5. Go to the "Timer" settings page. The one you selected in the "Level" page.
    6. Click on "Event Start"
    7. Click "New" and select the time you want this event (AWC) to begin.
    8. Go to the "Socket Functions" page and set the correct sockets to the following:
Socket x - Fill Water (ATO Only) 1
Socket y - Fill Water (AWC Only) 1
    Socket z - Drain Water 1

With this setting, you will use two sensors. One sensor (The top sensor) will function as the ATO and AWC sensor. The bottom sensor will be the low point in the sump.

During the AWC, the "Drain Water 1" socket will be activated until the bottom sensor is triggered. When this happens, "Drain Water 1" socket will turn off and the socket corresponding to the "Fill Water (AWC Only) 1" function will turn on. Once the water level has reached the top sensor, the "Fill Water (AWC Only) 1" socket will turn off.

    That should get you going.

You can start it from the Touch by pressing on the screen and selecting "Aut. water change 1". The option will be displayed after you've done the above steps.

Make sure you are assigning the level functions to the appropriate sensors in the "Level" Settings page.

    Double check your settings also.
