light program

I'm trying to open the light program on my lamps and I keep getting the following message, what does it mean please as I cant open the desired lighting program

Hmmm...I've never seen that message before. I ask Matthias to chime in here.

It seems the file is corrupted or you open non-matching template for your hardware (e.g. was saved for 6100 and you open it with a 6200)

I did move the file to a different location on the computer, but I'll mail it to you for your views.

I don't know whats happened but i was just going to mail this to you and its says the file is no bytes, so I don't see the point in mailing it, very bizzare
