Mitras settings

Hi all I'm new to the hobby.
I have 2 mitras 6200 hv. Is this setup good on an aqua reef 300 l?
Or any files somebody is willing to share would be great.
I have a few sps and soft corals in a mixed reef set up.

bonjour, oui 2 mitras est bien pour ton bac, sur mon bac de 130/100/60 , j'ai aussi 2 mitras en outpower 95% . pour ton bac reste a 70% en efficiency energie et acclimate t'es coraux ..

Can somebody fill me in on how to install an lpc file I have downloaded the file in this tread but I cant send to mitras.

Some of my soft corals are not doing too well
