pH and redox readings

Does anyone know if we can change the values for the graphs on the touch when it comes to these values. I know the pH of the aquarium will swing, but I do not need a range from 4 to 10 on the graph. Was hoping I could reduce the values to something a little closer together. Perhaps a range of say 6 to 8.

Ok, I found it. You have to go into expert mode.
Now the redox I set up fine, but I found a few problems when trying to set the temperature.
1-I cant change the spread 0C-40C, that's it, I change the values, but hit update and it reverts back to 0-40.
2-reads only in degrees Celsius, which is fine as I'm Canadian and know the scale
