my ghl ID

well I found where the new firmware for P3 is but where do I get my ghl ID from is it email or does it get generated once I add a device

You can find your ghl-ID in the GCC under System

Thank you I found it . but in the myghl manual it says to use a usb cable but I could not find where to set com up so I updated firmware using profilux control then updated gcc and it works

You need the USB cable only to a new firmware to the PL. Older firmware versions does not support myGHL.

Hello,
I bought recently an 3.1Tex and every thing is fine. I already had a 3.1Nex and in my club a 3.1 ex.
The two last one are working correctly on My GHL. But the 3.1Tex was asking me to fill in the Mac adress. I do it. And now it's not working saying that my GHL id is already assigned to another user.
Can say me how I should proceed to make it work?
