    Default MyGHL.com states "Device is not Connected"

    Hi All

    I have a Profilux 3ex connected to the web. A couple of weeks ago I did the registration on myGHL cloud and I was able to register my computer and access it on the cloud through my home internet several times.
    I'm out of country now and try to access it trough cloud and got the warning stating "Device is not Connected". I'm sure the device is connected to my home internet.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    The internet could've been down during that time also.

    myGHL is working normally and doesn't show any issues

    Hi Vinny

    Thank you for your reply, I believe when you say "reset" P3 you mean disconnect it from power and plug it on again?
    I had try several times a day with no luck I will have to ask some one shut it down and turn it back on again.

    Hi Pedro,

    Please try another web browser or clear your cache. A restart is not required. It has been confirmed that myGHL is operating normally.

    Hi Vinny,

    My wife had reboot the P3 yesterday, I try it again with no luck, I might have to re-assign the computer again in the web
