Have you set the socket you pluged the pump in to funktion water 1? If not do it and it will work. Keep in mind an trigered alarm will stop the ATO funktion till you manual reset the alarm.

    Hi

I have the pump set as water 1.

On the display, when the sensor is out of water it has a - next to pump one and when in water it has a x. Not sure if this will help?

How do I manually reset the alarm????

reset level alarm: there is a menu in the device itself and in ProfiLuxControl is a button for this purpose

This is Ok, all states of the level sensor inputs are displayed even if they are not used.
Does this cause a problem for you or why are you asking?

No problem, just dot like it showing if a second probe is not in use.
Can this be fixed in the next software update?
