Default Tunze Stream Pumps stop below 19%

    Dear Sirs,

Good afternoon, I'm running 4 Tunze Stream Pumps in my reef. 2x models 6095 and 2x models 6105, the 6095 have between 1 to 2 years old and the 6095's have 1 year old. I'm trying to make this pumps to work synchronal between each other (permanent opposite) but when select on profilux minimum power below 19% they simply stop during that period (<19%) and then start work again(>19%) till maximum selected (i.e. 60%). Is there any chance of making this work below 19%?
    My profilux characteristics are:

    ProfiLux 3 eX
    SN: 1110052012
    Firmware 6.19
    Pumps Connected in 1 group
2x pumps via splitter L1/L2 port
2x pumps via splitter L3/L4 port

    Kindly regards
    Pedro Ferreira

You have at 1-10 volts U-min and U-max increase, or adjust

Set the minimum voltage to 3V and the maximum to 8V and try again.

Also make sure you have the manual speed control (little white knob on the box you plug the Tunze PSU into) turned fully clockwise.

As mentioned above, set your 1-10V interface channels to 3V min and 8V max. This will run your Tunze at the correct voltages and allow the pump to run correctly.

    Dear colleagues,

What does it mean 3V and 8V? How does it influence the pump's work?

Does this voltage range depend of pump model or power?

    Thanks.

Tunze streamers are controlled between 3-8v, at streamer 1-10v settings you can change each to 3v-8v. If you run the steamers on Y splitters its best to dedicated all (4) to one group at permanent oposite / sinece waves for 3 - 8 seconds.

    Thank you, diverdutch.

Does this limit (3-8V) have any impact on pumps productivity? I mean if I can set 10%-90% of pump's power?

Now I have two 6055 on L1 and L4 ports.
