Summer and wintertime

I tried to put in the summer and wintertime. I thougt it was possible that the one hour could be divided over 7 days. But nothing happenend. Can You tell me how I have to do this?

Tthe time adaptation over 7 days is possible if you use a radio-controlled clock receiver.

addition: the smooth time adaption over a few days is also possible when you change the time manually and don't update the internal clock

I think it is also possible if you change the time and don't change the internal clock?
