Hi, i downloaded the new GHL soft. and started upgrade new firmware on profilux 3, error on transmit the firm. result Profilux dead.
How to recover via flash software it ask me for a hex file its the same? 6.19?

Hello,
you can download a manual for an emergency update in our download area.
The flash software should ask you for the firmware, yiu can find the firmware in the "Firmware" folder of the GHL Control Center.
