Can't update Profilux 3eX from 6.14 to 6.18

Hi, when I connect to my Profilux 3 eX using the latest V1073 software and try to update the firmware from 6.14 to the included 6.18 I get a popup box saying "This file is unsuitable for updating this device!" - I tried to update using 6.17 from V1072 and I get the same thing. Connection is via RS232 as always, but I tried to update via the network to see if I get the same error message and I do (I know that firmware shouldn't be updated via Network, it was just to test). What am I doing wrong? Andy
