how to create an alarm for a power loss at Home?

When you go to the "Email Notification settings", click "New". You will see a drop-down box in the "mailing condition" section, select one of the alarm functions.

Dear Vinny,
There are 2 menus, one first where select eg. Sensors.......sockets.....etc and the one you told me with alarm function.
What do I have to select on first menus for PAB alarm?
Can you please generate the text script command and send to me?
Does a manual exist for this functions?....It will be more easy to manage such command with detailed manual with examples.
