I intend connecting two Osram Dali dimmable ballasts (2 x 24W and 2 x 39W) via the Profilux Dali interface - is it possible to dim the individual tubes or is it only possible to dim a ballast as a whole (both tubes). Thanks, Andy

When you are dimming, you dim each ballast individually. To dim each tube separately you have to use single tube DALI ballasts
