light composer problems

I updated the control centre today which led me to update the profilux, both to the latest firmware.

the problems im having are in light composer, if I load a blank template, I cant do anything with it, I cant input a light run or anything at all.

the output directly to lamp button does not work.

when I modified the light run im using, I transmit to lamp, the test illumination run does not work at all.

as in my other thread, the screens on 2 of my lamps do not work.

Hello,

if you create a blank template you need to add a lightsource in the first place.
Once you added a light source, you can add an illumination run.

Any advise on the other issues as in the top post Artur.

Try to load a default template for the lamp and change it for your needs.
If the 2 lamps with the screens do not work you can try to reset the settings to default and try to update a firmware update.
If the lamps working but the display not it seems the display is faulty and you should contact your retailer.

Sorry, I ment the tick box entitled "output directly to lamp" , if I tick this, nothing happens

You controll the Mitras with the ProfiLux?
Did you checked the Channels and set all Mitras to Slave?

iv found the problem, I changed the Mz from 11 to 26 to as advised before when I had the problem of them staying on, iv put things back to 11Mz and all works well.

obviously they don't work on that setting.
