New GHL Control Center version 1.0.7.1 for Mitras, ProfiLux and GHL Doser 2

The following changes were made in the GHL Control Center version 1.0.7.1:
- GHL Doser 2 PAB device assignment added
- GHL Doser 2 PAB-system reset added
- GHL Doser 2 PAB firmware update added
- GHL Doser 2 Firmware version 1.10 added
- Further improvements
To use the new functions, the GHL Doser 2 needs to be updated to version 1.10.
The following changes were made in the GHL Doser 2 firmware version 1.10:
- Support for GHL Doser 2 Slave added
