    Default Alarm for probes?

    Is there an option for an alarm to sound when my ph go over a sertine amount?

    Yes, this option is available.
    Over and under value alarm, when the control is out of the normal range.
    Start ProfluxControl and connect to the Profiluxcomupter.
    Go to the tab / folder Probe/sensor control.
    Now go to pH-value 1.
    At the right side of screen you have the option alarm.
    Options are: Not enabled, Enabled, Enabled expect during AWC
    I prefer Enabled expect during AWC.
    Set the max deviation.
    You can also Deactivate the pH-control.
    So when you are using a CO2 system it will shut down the CO2-falve.
    Set under the general tab/folder under alarm on the right side of the screen the buzzer mode.
    When you set an certain time the alarm will only go on during this time. Start time 8.00 End time 22.00.
    Than the buzzer will not go on during the Night.

    Thanks niceley explained!! think i got it sorted just i dont have the awc option on mine?

    also when it says under the alarm the lowest it goes is 0.5 so if i got my ph set to 8.2 will it alaarm at 8.7ph

    also whats hysteresis? i got mine set to 0.1 is this right?

    4.01 i have opend a thread about updateing my firmware but no reply as of yet!
