just set this up having a few issues i can dose through usb to pc manually and can dose through wi fi on my phone manually but it does not dose on the times set and also the green light at back of doser at state is flashing and help would be much appreciated.

You need to calibrate the pump and enter the measured value as flowrate. You have a flowrate of 450 and that is too much.
